Conditions of Purchase

Payment
You have three payment options to choose from:
1. Cash payment. You pay cash upon delivery with a mail order. The fee for mailorders is currently 50 SEK plus value added sales tax.
2. Credit card. You pay with your credit card over the internet at the time of order.
3. Paypal or Payson. If you have an electronic account at Paypal or Payson you can choose to pay with it. Make your purchase on the internet at www.trionic.biz, a transaction that is both easy and convenient.

Two Weeks Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with something you have ordered you have two (2) weeks to change your mind after receiving the product. You always have the right to cancel your order if the product is unavailable. The two week satisfaction guarantee is valid on anything you have purchased through the catalogue or on the internet. Naturally, the satisfaction guarantee is not valid if the product has been used or if seals (if applicable) have been broken or torn. You pay all costs related to the risk of transport. Fill out the return form enclosed with your package and and state the reason as to why you are not satisfied. Use the return address label that comes with your delivery note. Once we receive the returned product and establish that it is not damaged we will, within 30 days, repay the amount you have paid together with any fees if the complete order is returned.

Warranty
Swedish consumer purchase laws guarantee you the right for product replacement within 3 years of purchase, under the condition that the product was defective at the time of delivery. However, do not wait to notify us about eventual defects. In case of disputes we are unable to resolve together, we recommend that you turn to the the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN). We always follow their recommendations.

Transport guarantee
All packages that we expedite are insured by us. If you discover damages to the package before you open it, it should be reported to the nearest post office or another party of delivery. They will take care of all such formalities. If you should discover damages after opening the package, follow the instructions on the return slip. We replace damaged products free of charge. In case of exchanges or returned goods you pay the costs of transportation and risks included therein.

Prices
Our prices only change under circumstances that Trionic Sverige AB cannot affect, for example a significant change in the price of raw materials, exchange rates or altered value added sales tax. All prices include Swedish 25 % value added sales tax. If the value added sales tax should change we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly.
We reserve the right for possible typographical and printing errors.

Force Majeure
Neither Trionic Sverige AB nor the buyer, shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement (other than for delay in the payment of money due described above) to the extent said failures or delays are proximately caused by causes beyond that party’s reasonable control and occurring without its fault or negligence.
