Customer Reviews

Manuel Hasche
We are very satisfied with the walker.
What we are not at all satisfied with is the backrest. It urgently needs adjustment. It is so unstable that it constantly brakes off, even with a minimal load.
Four backrests are already broken and now I have to order the fifth one because my disabled brother with ataxia needs it when he sits down.

Kind regards
U. Gräfe (Manuel Hasche's assistant)

It broke three times in less than two years
In less than two years, three backrest have broken! The strap is too brittle and it breaks. The last time, a few weeks ago, I was at the dentist and needed to fold the walker. As I tried to fold it, the backrest snapped and broke - again. My dentist was more upset than I was. and offered to drive me home.
This is unacceptable. I can't have fragile backrests that break when trying to load it into a car or to fold it. When I spoke to Oshin, he said to save the parts so in the inevitable next break I could use these parts to repair it. I bought 3 backrests, no discount, no replacement for a poorly designed product. The rest of the Walker is designed beautifully, but the BACKREST is a truly upsetting and frustrating product. I find it very difficult having to fold it without breaking the strap again. Please think about producing a more durable strapping for the BACKREST.

Brittle. Breaks easily.
I bought this to replace the original one, which had broken as I was lifting the walker into the trunk of my car. Then, this one broke as well. It is much too brittle. It is easily broken.

A very good back support
Thanks to the back support, you sit very comfortably on the Walker.

Backrest breaks easily
The backrest that came with the Trionic Rollator was not very well made, as it snapped near the left side when my 9-year-old granddaughter, (who weighs 75 lbs), leaned back on it. Luckily, she was holding onto both handles when it happened or she could have been injured. I searched for a different brand to replace it but couldn’t find one so I bought another one from Trionic. But I weigh 250 lbs, so I do not feel safe leaning back on it. I wrapped it with electrical tape on both sides where it narrows, but I don’t know if that will prevent this one from snapping too. It’s a real shame and disappointment that such a superior product, the Trionic rollator, comes with such a poorly constructed backrest.

A great backrest, but ...
Positive:
The backrest is extremely comfortable and fits exactly the way I want it to be.

Negative:
I stumbled and wanted to catch myself. Unfortunately, on the backrest.
Although you can fold it up thanks to a hinge, it breaks immediately when you put pressure on it. The plastic on the joint is very strong but brittle. Anyway, I ordered a new one right away, because the backrest is very important to me and it is well made.
